Sylvia recently joined the consulting team at Insight Advisory Group. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering in Colombia, where she is from, which she validated with Engineers Australia after her arrival. To complete her knowledge and broaden her area of ​​expertise, she completed an advanced degree in leadership and management.

She brings with her strong planning and project management skills, and is proficient in systems and process mapping. Previous positions she has held include Project Manager and Project Engineer.
