Adrien Giraud

As a Director at Insight Advisory Group, Adrien brings more than a decade of experience in business valuation, strategic advisory, and transaction services for small and medium businesses in Perth. Adrien focuses on helping business owners navigate growth challenges, improving the value of their businesses and preparing for sale.

Adrien’s background combines strong technical knowledge with commercial experience. He completed a double master’s degree in France and the United States, majoring in corporate finance and business strategy, before beginning his career in Audit with Mazars in Hungary. Adrien then spent more than 4 years in commercial banking as a small business portfolio manager with the BPCE group, the second-largest banking group in France and the fourth largest in the Eurozone.

Adrien moved to Australia in 2018 and joined Insight Advisory Group the following year. Since then, he has worked closely with business owners in sectors such as professional services, technology, manufacturing, construction, and wholesale. His projects have included operational reviews, process improvement, strategic planning, market and competitors’ analysis, and due diligence for acquisition purposes. He is valued for his structured approach, clear communication, and ability to translate financial information into actionable insights.

Adrien is committed to continuous learning and enjoys staying up to date with market trends and new technology for business performance improvement. He values collaboration and often works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure each project delivery is optimal. His leadership philosophy is “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together”.

Outside of work, Adrien is an avid musician and performs as a drummer with local bands. He also enjoys camping and surfing, often exploring WA’s coastline with his partner and their border collie. Adrien has also contributed to process improvement work with Wheelchairs for Kids.

Adrien is motivated by helping business owners understand where their business stands today, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed long‑term decisions. His aim is always to deliver work that is honest and genuinely useful to the people he works with.
