Elena Khakimullina

With decades of bookkeeping experience across both Australia and overseas, Elena Khakimullina brings deep technical expertise and a meticulous eye for detail to every client she supports. Since joining Insight in July 2025, Elena has played a vital role in delivering reliable, efficient bookkeeping services—specialising in bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records to help businesses remain compliant and growth-focused.

Elena holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is currently studying for a Diploma of Payroll Services. She is a Certified Xero Advisor, Xero Payroll Certified, and a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. In addition to her strong Xero skills, she has years of in-house bookkeeping experience using MYOB and is now expanding her expertise into the public accounting sector.

Beyond her professional work, Elena is passionate about visual arts and community engagement. Since 2020, she has volunteered as a gallery guide at the Art Gallery of Western Australia and also works as a gallery assistant at UWA’s Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery. She is an avid bushwalker and regularly volunteers with local conservation groups, enjoying time outdoors whenever she can.
