Domenic is a Principal at Insight Advisory Group and a highly respected adviser with more than 20 years of experience across accounting, financial advisory, and strategic business services. After merging his practice with Insight in early 2018, Domenic has continued to play a key role in supporting privately owned and family businesses, to address complex financial, operational, and structural challenges.

Domenic began his career in public practice, where he audited small finance companies and self‑managed superannuation funds. This early exposure to compliance, risk, and financial systems established the strong technical foundation that underpins his advisory work today.

Over the years, he has built a successful track record advising a broad range of private and public companies across industries, including mining, liquor, real estate, and medical. This diverse experience allows him to quickly understand the realities of each client’s commercial environment and provide solutions that are both technically sound and commercially workable.

Domenic brings deep capability in property-related matters, tax implications, business restructuring, and self-managed superannuation funds, areas that demand precision, commercial awareness, and strategic judgement. Clients value his ability to translate complex issues into clear, workable outcomes.

Domenic’s leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that leadership is a mindset rather than a title; everyone can be a leader, even without overseeing a large organisation or team.
