I recently read an article by Sangeeta Bharadwaj Badal, Ph.D. called, The Psychology of Entrepreneurs Drives Business Outcomes, and it resonated with me very strongly.  So many business owners get caught up in the numbers of their business that sometimes they neglect or ignore the people that are responsible for driving it.
By neglecting and ignoring their team, they can also be missing vital business growth opportunities that are right under their nose.  If a business makes a conscious decision to nurture their team, the result can be both an increase in morale, and an increase in profit!  What Dr Sangeeta Bharadwaj Badal points out is that budding Entrepreneurs are all around  us, their talents and personalities just need to be empowered.
If you do so as a business owner, the likelihood is that this natural instinct will benefit not only your team member, but also your business.
